How Does a Subscription Work?

When you choose a package above, you are taken to our Stripe page to complete checkout.

Once that's done, you will be able to register on our dashboard. manage your subscription and pick your t-shirt design for that month.

How does the tree planting work?

We work with Ecologi to plant trees from the subscriptions we sell on the website. This is all done automatically, so there is no need to do anything.

When am I billed?

When you first sign up to our subscription, you will be billed straight away, but thereafter you are then billed on the 1st of each month, until cancelled.

When will I get my shirt?

We open our tee-selector between the 5th and 25th of the month. After this date we start preparing orders which are due on or just after the 1st of the following month.

Why do I have to wait until the end of the month to get my tee?

Your first tee will be delivered in a few days, regardless of when you order. Further tees will be dispatched as per the schedule outlined below:

In order to prevent over-production and to be more environmentally friendly, we print and dispatch all of our orders for our members at the same time.

Our tees are not created in bulk, and are only printed as and when our members order.

Do I get to choose my tee design?

Yes, as long as you're on our classic package, you can choose a tee design from your 2nd order. For now, we will email you with your choices, but in the future you will be able to choose your designs each month in our dashboard.
