1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gaming Tee Club website and your subscription to our monthly gaming-inspired t-shirt service (the "Service"), provided by Gaming Tee Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15448734), with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your subscription

Gaming Tee Club is a recurring monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you choose your favorite gaming genres and t-shirt size, and each month we send you a t-shirt design matched to your preferences. Where multiple designs are available for your genre, you may select your preferred design from your dashboard before the monthly cutoff date - if no selection is made by the cutoff, we will choose a design for you based on your preferences.

3. Billing and payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund payments already taken for the current billing period.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch each month's t-shirt within a reasonable time after the monthly cutoff date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

5. Returns and faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at cs@gamingteeclub.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in sent to your email address - do not share these links with anyone else.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are owned by or licensed to Gaming Tee Club and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
