1. Who we are

This website and the monthly t-shirt subscription service are operated by Gaming Tee Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15448734), with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, used for signing in via a magic link and for service communications.
  • Subscription preferences: your favorite gaming genres, t-shirt size, and monthly design selections.
  • Order and payment information: billing details, shipping address, and payment information are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • Technical information:basic information needed to keep you signed in (session cookies) and your display theme preference (stored in your browser's local storage).

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and subscription.
  • To process payments and renewals via Stripe.
  • To choose and ship the right t-shirt design and size to you.
  • To send transactional emails, such as sign-in links and order updates.
  • To respond to support requests.

4. Who we share your information with

  • Stripe - to process payments, manage your subscription, and (where applicable) handle shipping details.
  • Printify - we share your name, shipping address, and order details (such as your selected design and t-shirt size) with Printify, our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner, so they can print and ship your t-shirt. Printify works with a network of delivery partners and printing providers to fulfil and deliver your order, and may share your information with these partners for that purpose.   • Our email delivery provider - to send sign-in links and account-related emails.

We do not sell your personal data, and we only share what is necessary for these providers to perform their services for us.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at cs@gamingteeclub.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
